On the afternoon of March 25, Hu Gaofeng, Chairman of Maohui Health Industry Development (Huangshan) Co., Ltd., led a delegation to the university for an industry-university-research exchange session with the Innovative Team for Healthy Food and Functional Biological Products of Huangshan University. The meeting was chaired by Wu Yongxiang, head of the team and Director of the Food Science and Engineering Teaching and Research Office. Team members Zhang Weiqin and Li Yang also attended.

At the meeting, Wu Yongxiang introduced the team’s scientific research platform development, faculty composition, and social services, highlighting the contributions of Huangshan University’s Innovative Team for Healthy Food and Functional Biological Products to Huangshan's green food industry and Hui-style prepared dishes sector. He also proposed specific ideas for collaboration between the two parties. Chairman Hu Gaofeng elaborated on the company’s development history and future core business areas. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on potential industry-university cooperation projects, talent needs, and technical challenges in the deep processing of edible fungi and the development of health foods based on Xin’an Medicine’s concept of “food and medicine sharing the same origin.” On-site signing of the horizontal project “Development, Application, and Promotion of Drying Processing Technology for Edible Fungi” took place during the meeting. Following the exchange, Hu Gaofeng and his delegation visited the team’s R&D platform and gained detailed insights into their scientific research and achievement transformation efforts.
