Anhui's "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week" Enters Huangshan University

Recently, the Anhui Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week entered Huangshan University, coupled with a promotion session on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, was held at the university. The event was jointly organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Anhui Province, the People's Government of Huangshan City, and Huangshan University, and co-hosted by the Huangshan Science and Technology Bureau and the Research Department of Huangshan University. Attendees included Wang Mengzhong, Second-Level Inspector of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology; Wang Henglai, Standing Committee Member of the Huangshan Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor; and Li Qinghong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Huangshan University. Nearly 200 participants from municipal-level departments, districts and counties, technology enterprises, scientific research institutions, as well as faculty and students of Huangshan University took part in the event.

During the event, the Maker Camp Mass Innovation Space of Huangshan University and the Anhui Provincial Stinky Mandarin Fish Characteristic Industry Innovation Research Institute were officially unveiled. Four university-enterprise cooperation projects, including the research on key technologies for standardized development of super-weatherable and economical polyester resin, were signed on site. Eight companies, including Huangshan Industrial Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd., released their technology needs, and several experts and professors from Huangshan University shared their technological innovation experiences and conducted roadshows of scientific and technological achievements.

The Huangshan Science and Technology Bureau will seize the opportunity presented by this Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week event to further strengthen the collaboration among government, universities, and enterprises, vigorously promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of the city.
