To broaden employment channels for graduates and promote precise matching between talent and positions, the School of Life and Environmental Sciences held a special job fair in the lecture hall on the second floor of Wenduan Building on the afternoon of May 11. Representatives from Shuwang Catering Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Huangshan Wanxin Huisan Food Co., Ltd., and Huangshan Huizhen Food Co., Ltd. attended the event to deliver presentations. Chen Xiangyang, Director of the Experimental and Practical Training Center, Wu Yongxiang, Director of the Food Science Teaching and Research Office, full-time counselors Wang Yu and Yang Meng, as well as unemployed graduates of the school, participated in the event.

At the event, the three companies systematically presented key information about their working environments, corporate culture, and career development pathways through diverse formats such as video presentations, PowerPoint introductions, and distribution of promotional materials. They also detailed their talent requirements, training systems, job recruitment plans, and application procedures. After the presentations, graduates actively engaged with the recruiters to learn more about the companies' development prospects, job requirements, and salary benefits, while proactively promoting their qualifications. Recruitment representatives from the companies conducted on-site interviews with students.

The successful hosting of this special job fair not only built an efficient and convenient communication bridge between graduates and employers but also further deepened industry-academia collaboration, laying a solid foundation for high-quality employment of the school's graduates. In the future, the School of Life and Environmental Sciences will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with enterprises, actively expand the job market, and carry out diverse employment service activities to help graduates achieve fuller and higher-quality employment.
