The delegation was led by Wan Zhibing, Vice Dean (presiding over administrative work) of the school. He was accompanied by Wu Yongxiang, Director of the Food Science and Engineering Teaching and Research Office, and faculty members Ren Xiaopu, Wei Xiaoou, and Chen Fei.
The team visited Huangshan Zhong Dachu Catering Management Co., Ltd. and Chakoule Biotechnology (Huangshan) Co., Ltd. During these visits, they gained comprehensive insights into the current development status and challenges faced by the two companies.

In-depth discussions were held on topics including technological collaboration, student internships and employment, and talent cultivation. Both companies expressed a strong willingness to establish mutually beneficial industry-academia-research collaboration mechanisms with the school. The shared goal is to co-cultivate high-caliber talents who can effectively meet the demands of the industry.
This research exchange provided the faculty with valuable, ground-level perspective on the needs of local enterprises and the direction of industrial development. It is expected to directly contribute to refining the Food Science and Engineering program's 2026 talent cultivation plan, ensuring it remains closely aligned with industry requirements and the objectives of application-oriented talent development.
